Susan is a leadership and organizational consultant, trainer, counselor, published author and researcher, speaker, intuitive with expertise in emotional intelligence, consciousness, new emerging technologies and geomagnetic changes affecting our planet and humanity. She has led two organizations dedicated to new energy technology and consciousness.

She has worked with the originators of Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT) and taught Emotional Intelligence and Leadership at Harvard Business School, Yale Medical School, University of Chicago Business School, University of London Business School, and several others top leading business schools in the US, Asia and the U.K. She Susan also serves as advisor and board member on several consciousness raising organizations.

IET Evolve was started in 2007 as a public blog while Susan worked with clients in Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Leadership around the globe. She found the outlet of writing to share ideas and information which at the time were not commonplace in business and organizations.

Susan Manewich has evolved the spirit of IET Evolve which was started in 2007 in her published writings, consulting, and now public offerings after spending 15 plus years working on her own self-healing and development.

Susan sees both a delineation and a relationship with emotional intelligence, intuitive intelligence and what she refers to as “evolutionary adaptive abilities.”

Susan is a certified quantum healing hypnotherapist, medical healing Qigong practitioner and also certified in a variety of personality assessments and effective leadership models which she has taught to emerging leaders in classrooms over the globe.

She has a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development and Behavior. Currently is working towards pursuing her PhD in Consciousness and Cosmology with a focus on the Yin principles regarding new energy technology.

She partners and is affiliated with the following organizations; Evolutionary Leaders, Interstellar Community Foundation, EARTHwise Centre, Leadership Squared and provides background support to several other newly emerging organizations.
