Susan has a 20 year plus history in working with leaders, CFO’s, CEO’S, professors, and management in both for-profit and non-profit organizations and teams to assess, improve and develop their emotional intelligence skills, abilities and behaviors. She has trained and assessed thousands of people all over the globe and consistently receives high praise for this work as she is able to combine contemporary methods of consciousness work to the field of EI. She has worked with the originators of Emotional Intelligence and the MSCEIT 1 and MSCEIT 2 test as well is certified as a train the trainer in the MSCEIT.
